About Athletic Propulsion Labs. Athletic Propulsion Labs (APL) is a performance footwear brand founded in 2009 in Los Angeles by twins Adam and Ryan Goldston, former USC athletes. It sells running, training, lifestyle, basketball and travel shoes, plus slides, apparel and accessories for men and women.
US orders ship free by ground, and orders placed before 12 PM PST ship the same business day; international shipping is also available. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for new, unworn items in original packaging. Domestic exchanges are free, while a $10 handling fee is deducted from mail-in refunds.
