About Away Travel. Away is a travel brand selling hard-shell luggage, including The Bigger Carry-On, The Medium Flex, The Large and the Aluminum Edge collection, plus bags such as the Featherlight Weekender and Commuter Backpack, packing cubes and accessories. It also has retail stores and runs separate sites for the US, Canada and the UK.
Unused items can be returned or exchanged free within 100 days, online or in Away stores. Suitcases bought before April 14, 2026 carry a limited lifetime warranty, and bags and accessories a limited one-year warranty; check the warranty page for current suitcase terms and the shipping page before ordering.
