About Baffin. Baffin is a Canadian cold-climate footwear and apparel brand founded in 1979 by the Hubner family in Stoney Creek, Ontario, and now part of the family-owned Canadian footwear company Royer Inc. It makes men's and women's winter boots, including Polar Rated styles, as well as three-season footwear, using its own B-Tek insulation and IceBite slip-resistant compound; some products are made in Canada.
Orders over $99 ship free within Canada and the US, excluding remote areas; otherwise shipping costs $12. Unworn items with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, and products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
