The founder's idea dates to 2012 and a high-school trip to Bangladesh, and the company says it works with ethical production partners under a Vendor Code of Ethics.
US orders of $125 or more get free 2–3 business day shipping; otherwise standard shipping is $7. Exchanges are free within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags, while refunds carry a $6.95 return fee. Final Sale items can't be returned. The Explorers Rewards Club lets shoppers earn points toward discounts.
