Orders ship frozen via UPS on Mondays and Tuesdays, packed with dry ice or ice packs, and arrive in 1–2 business days. Orders over $299 ship free to NY, CT, PA, NJ, DE, WV, VA, MD and DC. Perishables can't be returned, but warm or missing items can be claimed within 24 hours of delivery. A reward points program is available.
