About Ciao Lucia. Ciao Lucia is a women's clothing brand designed around the idea of "la dolce vita", with romantic silhouettes in cotton, linen and silk. The range includes dresses, skirts, fall separates, coats and jackets in sizes XXS–XXL, along with new arrivals and pre-order pieces.
Orders ship Monday to Friday from Los Angeles via FedEx, and US ground shipping is free on orders over $500. International orders go by DHL Express, with VAT and duties calculated at checkout. US returns are made through the Loop returns portal, and a return shipping fee ($11 US, $30 international) is deducted from the refund.
