About Copper Cow Coffee. Copper Cow Coffee is a women-owned Vietnamese coffee brand founded by Debbie Wei Mullin, a Vietnamese-Californian inspired by traditional Vietnamese coffee. It sells single-serve pour-over coffee, Vietnamese latte kits with sweetened condensed milk creamers, flavored and ground coffees, and seasonal flavors. The company says it sources robusta beans from organic-certified farms in Vietnam and pays farmers twice the market rate.
