About EV Hover. EV Hover makes an adjustable, 180-degree swivel arm that holds an electric vehicle charging cable above the garage floor. Made from powder-coated steel, it extends up to 9 1/4 feet, and the company says installation takes five screws and under 10 minutes. It was created by Mike Mayer after he bought his first EV.
