About Express. Express is a US clothing retailer selling men's and women's apparel, including denim, suiting, and accessories, both online and in stores.
Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (60 days for international orders), provided items are unworn and unwashed; clearance items and face coverings are final sale. A valid receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for any refund, credit, or exchange. Returns are free in any Express or Express Men store, or by mail for a $6.99 fee. Express also runs an Insider Rewards loyalty program.
