About Fat Quarter Shop. Fat Quarter Shop is an online-only quilting store based in Kyle, Texas, selling quilting fabric from designers, precuts and fat quarters, patterns, kits, notions and cross stitch supplies. It was founded in 2003 by quilter Kimberly Jolly, who started it as a side business run from her home.
US orders over $80 ship free by USPS, and smaller orders ship for $4.95; UPS Ground costs $15 and is free over $250, and international shipping is available. Items can be returned within 30 days after contacting the shop, though sale items, patterns, books and quilt club fees are not returnable.
