About H.S. Johnson. H.S. Johnson is a family-run watch and jewellery retailer based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, selling branded watches, designer jewellery and gifts online. The business was founded in 1946 by watchmaker Herbert Samuel Johnson and is now run by the fourth generation of the family; the company says every watch it sells is genuine and comes with the full manufacturer's warranty.
UK orders ship free by next working day delivery, and orders placed by 4pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day. Tracked, insured international delivery costs £10.99. Unworn items with packaging and tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
