About Hooga. Hooga is a wellness technology company founded in 2018 and based in New Berlin, Wisconsin, run by co-founders Cord Young, Dave Hibler and Tyler Galganski without outside investors. It sells red and near-infrared light therapy panels for home use, from compact targeted devices to full-body setups in its HG, PRO and ULTRA series.
US orders over $100 ship free, with standard delivery in 2-6 business days. Devices can be returned within 60 days of delivery, with the return shipping cost deducted from the refund. Panels carry a 3-year warranty, purchases can be HSA/FSA eligible through TrueMed, and military, first responders, students and seniors can get 15% off.
