Standard shipping is free on qualifying orders over $99. Unworn items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or free exchange, with $7.50 deducted when you use the prepaid label, and online orders can also be returned to a Factory store. The free J.Crew Passport program offers tiered member benefits, and Afterpay splits orders into four interest-free payments.
