About Lulus. Lulus is a California-based women's fashion retailer that began in 1996 as a vintage shop in Northern California. It sells dresses for occasions such as weddings, cocktail parties, homecoming and bridesmaid duty, along with tops, shoes and accessories.
US orders get free standard shipping, and free 3-day shipping applies to orders of $125+. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; a $6.95 return shipping fee is deducted, unless you choose online store credit, which credits the fee back. Final Sale items can't be returned. Lulus also runs the Love Rewards loyalty programme.
