Who we are
SaverCodes is a free website that collects coupon codes, deals and store information, and lets shoppers confirm which codes still work. The site is operated by LumaTech, 58 Elm Street, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV1 4JK, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected].
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
The codes and deals we publish
Codes come from stores, from public sources, from imported feeds and from our members. Every code shows when it was last confirmed, how many people confirmed it and the share of people for whom it worked.
We are not the seller. Stores decide their prices, their terms and whether a code is accepted, and they can change or end an offer at any time. A code that worked an hour ago may stop working without notice, and the discount you see at checkout is the one that counts.
We remove or hide codes that stop working, usually after three shoppers in a row report that a code failed, and we correct mistakes as soon as we find them. If you spot something wrong, tell us at [email protected].
Your account
You may create one account, with a real email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to create an account. Accounts are personal: do not share, sell or transfer them.
You can delete your account at any time in Account › Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the rewards programme, or harms other members.
What you may submit
Members can submit codes, deals, store reviews, saving tips, comments and new stores. Everything is checked by our team before it is published.
Only submit material you are allowed to share: no codes meant for one person, no employee or press codes, no codes obtained by breaking a store's terms, and nothing that infringes someone else's rights.
Reviews and tips must describe your own experience. No abuse, no personal data of other people, no advertising, no links to malware or to sites that sell counterfeit goods.
You keep the rights to what you write, and you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to publish, translate, shorten and display it on SaverCodes and in our newsletters. We may refuse, edit or remove any submission.
Rewards and withdrawals
Approved submissions earn a reward in US dollars, shown on the submission page before you send it. Referrals earn $1 when the person you invited creates an account and confirms their email address.
Rewards are held as a balance in your account. You can withdraw to PayPal from $100, or donate to charity from $1. PayPal withdrawals are reviewed by our team and paid to the PayPal address in your settings; donations are processed immediately.
We can cancel a balance built from fraud, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, bots, or submissions that turn out to be false, and we can reverse a reward if a submission is removed later. Rewards have no cash value until they are withdrawn, and any tax is your responsibility.
If your account is inactive for two years we may close it and cancel the remaining balance after telling you by email.
Advertising
Sponsored placements are paid by the advertiser and are always labelled "Ad". Advertisers pay per click, set their own maximum cost per click and daily budget, and top up a prepaid wallet.
We review every campaign before it runs and may refuse or stop campaigns that break the law, mislead shoppers, or advertise products we do not accept. Wallet balances are not refundable in cash; unspent money stays available for future campaigns.
Clicks that our systems identify as invalid, such as bots or repeated clicks from the same address within a short period, are not charged.
Using the site fairly
Do not scrape the site at scale, resell our content, attempt to reach parts of the site you are not allowed to use, or interfere with how it runs.
An API is available for partners; ask us at [email protected] for a token. Normal use is limited to about 120 requests per minute per address.
The SaverCodes name, logo, design and the text we write are ours. Store names and logos belong to their owners and are used to identify the store.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that a code will work, that a price is current, or that the site will always be available.
We are not a party to your purchase. Questions about an order, delivery, returns or refunds go to the store you bought from.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability to you is limited to the amount we paid you in rewards in the twelve months before the event, or $100, whichever is higher.
Changes and law
We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated, and we tell members about important changes by email.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to use your local courts.
