What happened last Black Friday
Adobe Analytics reported $11.8 billion in US online spending on Black Friday 2025, a record $14.25 billion on Cyber Monday, and $44.2 billion across the five days from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday. Adobe's peak Cyber Monday discounts ranged from 17% (sporting goods) to 31% (electronics). Beauty brands often went deeper:

e.l.f. Cosmetics ran 30% off nearly everything sitewide in 2024 with code BF30, plus a free cleansing balm on larger orders (Blacker Friday). In 2026, expect about 30% off with a minimum spend and a gift with purchase. There are 23 e.l.f. codes listed on SaverCodes, up to 40% off select items.
Clinique and Estée Lauder
Clinique and Estée Lauder share a parent company but take different approaches: Clinique leads with sitewide percentages (30% to 35% last year), while Estée Lauder leans on a multi-piece gift with purchase.
